ALKALIZE OR DIE

At any
time in your life have you pleaded or begged someone to do something for
you? That rare but mightily important moment that you desperately wanted
someone to listen to your life-or-death request? What was their response?
Did they take the time to listen, then help? Well, now the tables have been
turned. I am requesting, pleading, that you take the time to seriously read
this article. However, it’s your life (or premature death) that
depends on it. Really.
You are on a path. Right now you are alive. Breathing. Heart is beating.
Brain is firing off electrical impulses. But some time in the future this
will all change. Your breathing will become shallow. Your heart will slow to
a snail’s pace. The neurons in the brain will no longer receive messages
from other brain cells. You will be dying. But from what cause? And
just how many days from now will this happen?
Statistically, you have less than a 1% chance to die ‘naturally’. (You go to
bed one night and simply ‘pass away’ in your sleep, of natural causes.) You
have about a 1% chance of being killed (murdered). You have less than a 5%
chance of dying in an accident (automobile, drowning, fire, plane crash,
fall, etc.).
But today, you have more than a 90% chance of dying from a preventable
disease. Yes, today you are on a path that leads to pain, suffering, loss of
quality life, financial ruin, and heartache for you and your
loved ones. Stop and think about it. Right now you are playing Russian
Roulette. You have picked up the gun, put 5, not just one, but five bullets
in five of the six chambers. You have spun the cylinder, and are now
aiming the gun at your own head. Your finger is on the trigger. This is
not a dream. It’s actually happening. So what are you going to do about
it? Start by putting the gun down and finish reading this report.
Every year, out of all deaths, about 40% of all Americans (900,000) die from
cardiovascular disease (heart attacks, strokes, heart disease...) 25%
(575,000) die from cancer. About 10% (225,000) die from respiratory diseases
(pulmonary disease, pneumonia, influenza). About 3% (70,000) die from
diabetes. About 2% (50,000) die from liver or kidney disease.
What do all of these diseases have in common? They are caused by and/or only
thrive in a state of acidosis. What is acidosis? Glad you asked.
Nearly everything has a pH. It is the measurement of acid or alkaline of a
substance. The pH scale goes from 0 to 14. 0 is total acid. 14 is total
alkaline. 7 is neutral. The scale is logarithmic. A pH of 9 is ten times
more alkaline than 8. 9 is one hundred times more alkaline than
something that has a pH of 7. Get the picture?
Your body was designed to be slightly alkaline. Your blood must
maintain itself in the very narrow range around 7.4 pH. If your blood falls
to 7.2 you go into a coma. Below a blood pH of 7.0, you die!
What makes your body alkaline or acidic? There are two things that determine
what your body’s pH is. #1 - what you put into your body (food, beverages,
drugs, etc.) And #2 - what you eliminate or withhold inside your body
(removal or harboring of acidic waste).
The only foods that are alkaline are organic, raw fruits and
vegetables. If your diet consist of 80% to 100% organic fruits and
vegetables eaten raw (uncooked, unsteamed, not canned or packaged) then you
can possibly maintain a proper alkaline environment. NOTE: chemical
fertilizers are very acidic (pH around 1.5, approximately ten million
times more acidic than the fruit or vegetable ‘it’ is trying to
grow). This very acidic fertilizer turns the otherwise alkaline fruit or
vegetable into a below neutral (acid) food.
Also, cooking destroys all enzymes and many nutrients, causing the fruit or
vegetable to drop it’s pH to around neutral.
ALL other foods are highly acidic. As an example, colas have a pH
around 2 to 2.5. This is millions times more acidic than ionized
water. In fact it would takes 40 to 50 glasses of highly alkaline
water to neutralize the effects of acidosis in your body of just one cola.
All sugars are very acidic. Processed foods, meats, dairy products are all
acidic. This is what most people eat. Nearly all drugs have a very low pH,
making them extremely acidic.
As your body becomes more acidic, the acid wastes build up in tissues and
stored fat. The body does everything possible to keep you alive (mostly
keeping your blood at a pH of 7.4) All diseases dwell in an acidic
environment (acidosis). As an example, let’s take cancer and find out what
happens to cancer cells in an alkaline or acid environment. You create
cancer cells every day of your life. (This is a fact, don’t let
anyone tell you otherwise. It is a normal part of the metabolic process.) In
an alkaline body (above a pH of 7), cancer cells die off quickly. An
alkaline environment is paradise for ‘normal’ cells but a living hell for
cancer cells. The more acidic your body is, the more ‘friendly’ the
environment is for cancer cells to thrive and replicate. Once your
body reaches a low enough pH level, the cancer cells take off, replicating
at super speeds. (40% of all Americans get cancer! And the numbers increase
annually!) Tumors, cancer masses, malignant tissues spread throughout your
body. You can nuke it (chemotherapy), cut it out (surgery), or try to poison
it (with drugs). But unless you change the environment of your body
from acid to alkaline, the cancer will come back.
I could also tell you about the cause of heart disease, diabetes, bacterial
infections, arthritis, chronic pain syndromes, multiple sclerosis, even
aging itself, ad infinitum. They are all caused by and/or only dwell in
acidosis.
How do you get rid of acidosis?
You can eat an 100% organic and raw diet of fruits and vegetables. It might
take a year or two to reach a proper pH. And you would then need to eat 80%
to 90% organic & raw after that.
OR you can drink ionized water. Depending upon what you eat, it can take
anywhere from one month to half a year to reach a proper pH.
